About the Role:
As a Vice President Facilities leading the Design and Turnkey Projects, you will develop and lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of interior design and turnkey projects. You would also manage the projects to the highest quality standards, aligning with the company's vision and objectives, in a cost-effective manner within the stipulated time frame and budget. Projects (Dubai/Overseas) are high value and complex and include new outlets, new offices, new airport lounges, refurbishments of outlets/offices/lounges, new buildings (hotels, offices, etc). Driving innovation in design and project management, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity within the team, are key focus areas in this role.
