Responsible for Operation, Maintenance, upgradation and Inspection records of the
vessel coordinate with Outside agencies for – inspections, repairs,
maintenance…
Responsible for the efficient day-to-day
operation of the relevant vessel(s),including but not limited to
- Monitoring/Control of vessels' speed
& bunker consumption
- Monitoring/Control of vessels' cargo
intakes, bunker requirements, freshwater, Diesel, consumables etc
- Procurement of bunkers through the
selected suppliers.
- Scheduling of vessels' port stay, including
monitoring of pumping performance to optimize greater turnaround time.
- Updating of in-house Shipping operational
system
- Operational procedures for vessels
- Evaluating Pre/Post Voyage analysis
Recommend to the Team Leader/Manager(Comm Ops
Department) on any operational procedures, which will improve the operation
efficiency of the ships Assist in coordinating the dry docking schedule of the
vessels in consultation with technical/Chartering/Operation Department.
