Supervises
the activities of assigned technicians and cashiers on-site and ensures smooth
workflow.Supervises the technical
inspection programs and ensures that computer systems are ready andfunctionalatthebeginningofeveryshift.
Assignstechnicianstothe variousinspectiontracksperiodically,toattendtocustomersbasedonthenumberofcustomerspresentatthesite.
Prepares
daily rosters for technicians, ensuring that staff in each shift has the
appropriate skill mix.Coordinates
withtechnicianstoarrangeforovertime,ifnecessary,andensuresthatsufficientstaffareavailable during peak hours and to
satisfy customers. Solves all problems or issues arising relating tothesame,toensurethat workobjectivesareachievedontime.Monitorsstaffattendance.
Monitors
technical procedures followed during vehicle inspection, ensuring its accuracy
and itscompliance with company
standards. Resolves any problems or issues arising during inspection andprovidessolutions fortechnical
queries.
Implements
technical specifications and standards of vehicle inspection laid down by the
PoliceDepartment and ensures that
they are adhered to. Attends to all requests from the Police Departmentsuch as coordinating the inspection of a
set of vehicles for export, includes making arrangements fordedicatingonetracktothesevehicles.
Ensures
that test results are accurately updated in the system by technicians. Submits
reportgeneratedbythesystemaftertestingtothecustomer.Explains
allaspectsof thetestcertificateandgivesjustificationfortestfailure. Advisescustomerontheactionstobe
takento overcomefailure.
Attends to
problems, complaints or related issues that arise among customers, cashiers andtechnicians. Ensuresit’s timelyand appropriateresolution.
MinimumQualification
HigherDiplomainAutomobile/MechanicalEngineering
5–7years’experienceofwhich2yearsinsupervisingvehiclerepair andinspection.
ProficiencyinEnglishandArabiclanguage
Workingknowledge of MSOffice

been driving the heavy vehicle
