Overview of the role
To provide executive administrative support for the Beauty, Toys, Books and Food business in a pro-active manner and with minimal supervision. The primary focus of this role is registering of all Beauty, Toys, Books and Food products within MENA regions with the ministry of health in each region by providing the correct paper work approved by the principle.
What you will do
Work closely with merchandiser to obtain full list of ordered lines for each season Provide UK team a list of lines for which registration documentations are required on a seasonal basis Follow up with stores in each region on a monthly basis if documentations have been received from UK on a line level basis Gather samples from warehouse/stores & submit to Ministry of health for approval Continuous follow up & tracking of line level registration in UAE with the Ministry of health
Required skills to be successful
Knowledge on beauty, Toys, Books and Food registration process 2+ years in similar role
