Black & Grey HR is seeking a Typist Cum Admin for our client in the luxury building materials industry based in Dubai, UAE. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Arabic speaker, skilled in typing and administrative tasks, with immediate availability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and accurate typing for the Public Relations Officer (PRO), ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support, including handling office correspondence, scheduling, and managing documents.
- Support HR activities like onboarding, employee records, and recruitment assistance.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to maintain efficient workflow.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain records and reports, ensuring confidentiality.
- Serve as a point of contact for Arabic-speaking employees and stakeholders, addressing inquiries in Arabic.
Requirements- Proven experience in document typing, especially for PRO tasks, ideally within the building materials or luxury sector.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Immediate availability is required.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
