Tray Fitter

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
• Install and assemble tray systems, including cable trays and support structures, in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections of tray installations to ensure quality and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to discuss project progress and any potential issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of existing tray systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Document work performed and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior fitters and apprentices as needed.

• High school & ITI
• Proven experience as a Tray Fitter or in a similar role within the oil and gas construction industry.
• Strong understanding of tray installation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to tray fitting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• May require working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Overtime may be required based on project demands.
• Adherence to safety regulations is mandatory at all times.
