المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of the industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, showcasing a proven track record of successful client engagements.
  • Certification from recognized travel industry organizations (e.g., IATA, ASTA) to demonstrate professionalism and expertise.
  • Experience with global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Sabre, essential for efficient bookings and itinerary management.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client itineraries and bookings simultaneously.
