We are currently recruiting for an Transition and Transformation Manager for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

The Transition and Transformation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of business-critical transitions and transformations. This role focuses on executing projects that
drive measurable outcomes, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to manage change, and implement new business structures, processes, and service / operating models. The individual combines project management and change management skills to ensure that organizational transitions meet defined objectives and deliver tangible value.

Responsibilities:

• Outcome Delivery: Focus on delivering defined project outcomes, ensuring that transformation initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and achieve expected results.
• Baseline Assessments & Reporting: Conduct thorough baseline assessments to identify the current state of operations, enabling effective tracking of progress and outcomes.
• Business Case Development: Create data-driven business cases that clearly outline the benefits, ROI, and strategic value of transformation initiatives to secure stakeholder approval and resources.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and implement metrics to track the success of transformation initiatives, ensuring that outcomes align with organizational goals and deliver measurable benefits.

• Change Execution: Lead the execution of change management plans, ensuring that transitions
are implemented with minimal disruption to the business.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and align stakeholders to support the successful delivery of
transformation initiatives, keeping them informed and involved throughout the process.

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage all phases of transition and transformation projects,
from initiation through execution to post-implementation, ensuring that milestones are met and
risks are mitigated.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues related to the transition and
transformation activities, implementing effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
