Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and certified Training and
Development Executive to implement and manage our new loyalty training program.
This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and customer satisfaction
by developing training initiatives that foster loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:
-Conduct training sessions through various
mediums, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
-Train trainers and operations team to ensure
consistency and quality in program delivery.
-Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback
and assessments, making necessary adjustments.
2. Program Management:
- Oversee the
roll-out of the loyalty training program across multiple locations and
departments.
- Ensure timely
execution and adherence to the training schedule.
- Manage the
training budget and resources efficiently.
4. Employee Engagement:
-Foster a culture of continuous learning and
development within the organization.
-Promote and communicate the benefits of the
loyalty training program to employees at all levels.
-Provide support and guidance to employees
throughout their training journey.
5. Measurement and Reporting:
-Track and analyze training metrics and KPIs to
measure program success.
-Prepare and present regular reports on training
outcomes and areas for improvement.
-Use data to refine and enhance the training
program continually.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Certification: Relevant certifications in
training and development
-Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in
training and development, with a focus on loyalty programs or customer service
training.
Skills:
-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in using learning management systems
(LMS) and e-learning platforms.
-Ability to analyze data and generate actionable
insights.
-Strong project management and organizational
skills.
