As a Trainer - Bayut Academy & Product, you will be responsible for driving product adoption across agencies and bridging the gap between the product and Bayut Academy.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver training for Bayut Academy sessions in English and Arabic;
• Create new sessions for Bayut Academy using sound Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles;
• Bridge the gap between product training and Bayut Academy and create new content for agents, admins, marketing and support staff of partner agencies;
• Deliver product training sessions either online or face-to-face;
• Onboard new clients to promote best practices and product adoption face-to-face and over Zoom;
• Prepare and improve learning materials regularly;
• Introduce and make use of engaging and interactive tools and platforms, e.g. Kahoot, polls, and role plays, to interact with clients;
• Deliver assigned and approved training content through Zoom, Bayut Academy and face-to-face meetings;
• Familiarise and handle scheduling for training sessions to ensure a seamless experience;
• Work with marketing to create compelling case studies showcasing client success;
• Collaborate with the team on creating video / audio content
