This program aims to develop Trainee’s skills and understanding of Yokogawa's Systems and Solutions Portfolio, preparing them for future roles as Sales Engineers. The program offers a structured learning environment where interns will collaborate with the sales and account management teams to gain valuable insights into the sales process, enhance their technical expertise, and build professional competencies.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Learn about the company’s products, services, and solutions. Provide basic pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers under supervision, Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and technical documents. Help maintain customer records in CRM systems, prepare quotations, and handle inquiries. Support in compiling sales reports and tracking performance metrics. Support Regional Marketing Team during major events such as ADIPEC and in conducting research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitors. Engage in company-led training programs to develop technical and soft skills.Qualification and Experience Graduate in Engineering - preferably in Instrumentation Engineering / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Electrical Minimum 0 to 1 year of relevant experience / Internship.Required Competencies / skills Basic understanding of engineering concepts; willingness to learn. Good analytical skills with strong logical thinking and tactful in approach. Bilingual communication skills- Arabic and English Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
