Conduct informative, engaging, and safe tours of cultural, historical, and natural landmarks in Al Ain.
Provide detailed explanations about the history, traditions, architecture, and significance of each site.
Answer questions from visitors, offering in-depth knowledge about Al Ain’s culture and heritage.
Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all tour participants.
Manage tour logistics, including time management and group coordination.
Follow safety protocols and ensure the well-being of all tour participants.
Collect feedback from visitors to improve tour quality.
Assist in promoting cultural events, exhibitions, and special programs organized by DCT.
RequirementsPrevious experience as a tour guide or in customer-facing roles (preferred).
Strong knowledge of UAE history, heritage, and Al Ain’s key attractions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Passion for culture, history, and tourism.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage groups effectively.
Adaptability to different audiences and situations.
