Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a TikTok Operations Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing TikTok livestream operations. If you’re passionate about influencer marketing, understand TikTok trends, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Livestream Coordination: Manage the scheduling and execution of TikTok livestreams for influencers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Talent Management: Work closely with influencers to guide them on content strategies, best practices, and livestream performance optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, revenue), analyze livestream performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on TikTok trends and recommend creative livestream ideas to influencers.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot any livestreaming issues and ensure all tools and platforms function seamlessly.
• Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, including marketing and client management, to ensure alignment on campaign goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in TikTok operations, influencer marketing, or social media management.
• Deep understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and livestreaming features.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with influencers and internal teams.
