Tig welder

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, ensuring precision and high-quality workmanship for metal fabrication tasks.

1. Perform TIG welding operations on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals as per project requirements.
   
2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
   
3. Set up and operate TIG welding machines, ensuring proper gas flow, amperage, and electrode positioning.
   
4. Inspect welds to ensure adherence to quality standards, tolerances, and safety regulations.
   
5. Conduct pre-welding and post-welding processes, such as cleaning, grinding, and polishing weld joints.
   
6. Repair defective welds and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure continuous operations.
   
7. Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and engineers to meet project deadlines.
   
8. Maintain welding equipment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to safety protocols.
   
9. Follow workplace safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
   
10. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
    

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Technical certification or diploma in welding is preferred.
  
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in TIG welding.
