Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Ticket Reservation Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their travel inquiries and reservations, including flights, accommodation, and other travel services.
• Provide accurate information about travel destinations, schedules, and pricing.
• Process bookings and issue tickets efficiently and accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling travel-related products and services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ticketing, reservations, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is preferred.
• Sales-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
