Job Title: Testing and Commissioning Engineer

Location: UAE

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹90,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and performance requirements.
  • Conduct tests and diagnostics on:
  • Switchgears
  • Transformers
  • Protection relays
  • DC systems
  • Associated LV systems
  • Identify and resolve issues through problem-solving techniques and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and detailed reports for completed tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and installation teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols at all times.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning checks and ensure readiness for system handover.
  • Train site personnel on system operation and maintenance, as required.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems 
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical components, system integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics tools, and industry standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for preparing reports and liaising with teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in testing processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
