Job Title: Testing and Commissioning EngineerLocation: UAEExperience Required: 2-3 YearsSalary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹90,000Key Responsibilities:Perform testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and performance requirements.Conduct tests and diagnostics on:SwitchgearsTransformersProtection relaysDC systemsAssociated LV systemsIdentify and resolve issues through problem-solving techniques and provide recommendations for improvements.Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and detailed reports for completed tests.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and installation teams, to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols at all times.Conduct pre-commissioning checks and ensure readiness for system handover.Train site personnel on system operation and maintenance, as required.Essential QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) or equivalent.2-3 years of hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems Strong technical knowledge of electrical components, system integration, and troubleshooting.Key Skills RequiredTechnical Expertise: Profound knowledge of electrical systems, diagnostics tools, and industry standards.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address technical issues efficiently.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for preparing reports and liaising with teams.Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and quality in testing processes.Team Collaboration: Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
