We are seeking a Tender & Proposal Engineer to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling RFQs, tenders, proposals, and bidding processes for EPC projects while ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Review RFQs and analyze project requirements for EPC contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary technical and commercial details.
Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for competitive bidding.
Monitor tender submission deadlines and ensure timely completion.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in RFQs, tenders, proposals, and bidding for EPC projects.
Strong understanding of the oil & gas industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
