Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will.
•Responsible for tenders for EA protection and automation portfolio
•Prepare Cost estimate, submit quotations, follow-up quotation with customers, negotiate contract and hand order over to execution team
•Think outside the box within the customer requirements / specifications and to come up with most optimize technical and commercial solution giving Siemens competitive edge over competition.
Activities to be performed:
1. Understanding customer requirements for Substation Automation Systems based on RFQ and control the bid process from offer preparation until conclusion.
2. Conceptualizing the system / solution architecture to suite customer requirements.
3. Estimation of bill of material and preparation of technical proposal.
4. Review and optimization of offered solution from technical & commercial perspective.
5. Effectively obtain, develop, and communicate technical information to both suppliers and customers regarding scopes of supply and services (internal as well as external).
6. Discussion / negotiation with vendors / SCM team to estimate / optimize bought outs.
7. Management of the bid preparation process as per Siemens business process, e.g. PM@Siemens and LoA.
8. Discussion of the proposal with customer leading to technical qualification.
9. Preparation of customized bid documentation as well as a competitive cost and price calculation under consideration of the target price.
11. Handing over of Project to execution team after contracting.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
•Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
•More than 3 years of relevant experience
•In depth knowledge of SCS, IPCS, FMS and protection
•Team player and highly motivated individual
•English fluency
