Job Description

We have two (2) roles open in Dubai


  • Drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our IT Annual Maintenance Contract services to potential clients.
  • Conducting strategic outbound calls, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and communicating the value of our IT support services to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to promote IT AMC services.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of IT support services to prospective customers.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through detailed understanding of customer needs.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Daily Reporting and Challenges during the telecall.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Additional Information

Skills & Professional Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of IT support services and AMC business models.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Female candidates preferred.

Experience Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the IT support services industry.

Attributes and Behaviours:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets for Telesales.
