About the job Telesales Executive
Responsibilities:
Generate Leads: Identify and approach potential B2B clients through targeted telemarketing efforts.Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.Email Communication: Craft and send effective and professional emails to potential clients, following up as needed to ensure responses and engagement.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities. Provide regular reports on sales progress and pipeline status.Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align sales strategies and support overall business growth.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience, preferably in telesales or a related field.Skills: Strong email writing skills with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.Immediate Availability: Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.Gender: Open to both female and male candidates.Home Country: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
