• Tele call to potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and sell products using approved scripts • Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.• Updating customer information in the CRM.• Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.• MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.• Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers.• Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.RequirementsExperience (Yrs& Field) Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling preferredEducational Qualification Preferably University DegreeSkills & Abilities:Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
