Primarily responsible for tele-sales in the Indian market, focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
Achieve sales targets established by the company, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing professional pre-sales support.
Monitor market trends in India, analyze competitor activities, and deliver market intelligence to the company.
Participate in marketing initiatives and assist the team with related tasks as needed.
Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong listening and communication skills.
Proficiency in additional Indian regional languages (such as Tamil, Telugu, etc.) is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of tele-sales experience, with a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Experience in selling internet products is preferred.
