The Telesales (Arabic) position at our Training & Education Center in Dubai offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to excel in a dynamic sales environment. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about education and possess strong communication skills. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our diverse range of training programs and services to potential clients, helping them to enhance their skills and knowledge.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote training programs and services.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective follow-up strategies.Provide detailed information about courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures to potential clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to services or enrollment.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.Preferred Candidate:Strong Arabic and English communication skills with a persuasive ability.Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.Ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs.Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
