Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads
• Present and promote our property listings to potential buyers
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation
• Stay updated on market trends and property details

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
