& Grey HR is actively recruiting for a leading provider of data center
infrastructure services based in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a motivated and
results-oriented Telemarketer with exceptional communication skills to engage
potential customers, promote the company’s products or services, and secure
sales or appointments.
- Conduct
outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting the company’s
products or services.
- Identify
customer needs and provide accurate information to persuade them to make a
purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Maintain
detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and
responses.
- Meet and
exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address
customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate
with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Regularly
update and manage the customer database.
- Follow up
with potential clients to close sales and maintain strong customer
relationships.
- Continuously
expand knowledge of the company’s offerings to provide accurate and valuable
information.
- Proven
experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong
persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to
handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in
using CRM software or similar tools to manage customer information.
- Good
organizational and time management skills.
- High level of
patience and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in
Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in
English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Basic computer
skills and familiarity with CRM systems
