Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about educational programs, admission processes, and available services.
Understand the student’s academic interests and career aspirations to provide tailored advice.
Clarify doubts related to courses, fees, scholarships, and university requirements.
Follow-Up & Coordination:
Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate application and enrollment processes.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
Customer Relationship Building:
Establish a positive rapport with prospective students and parents to build trust and confidence.
Handle queries with patience and professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for student enrollments and appointments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline / Fresher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
