We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Client Coordinator and Office Assistant* (Female) to join our team. This role involves calling provided contact numbers to identify and filter interested clients, and then coordinating meetings with them. In addition, the candidate will handle various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Calling and Filtering :
- Make outbound calls to the numbers provided by the team.
- Filter and identify clients who show interest in our services.
- Schedule meetings and ensure all client details are accurately recorded.
2. Office Administrative Support :
- Assist in daily office tasks such as managing schedules, handling emails, and organizing paperwork.
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with any administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain office supplies and keep the office environment neat and organized.
3. Client Coordination :
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Manage appointment schedules and update the team on client availability.
Skills & Qualifications :
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or client coordination is preferred.
Multitasking : Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional Attitude:A positive, proactive, and professional approach to all tasks.
Language: English, Urdu and ARABIC (Preferred)
Good Communication Skills.
