Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecallers to join our team in Dubai. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, answering customer queries, and promoting sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Building: Connect with clients, investors, and homeowners to understand their needs and establish rapport.


  • Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings to bring potential clients on board, with the goal of becoming their trusted real estate partner.


  • Property Listings: Source property listings from homeowners and property owners to expand our portfolio.


  • Inventory Management: Refresh property listings and maintain up-to-date inventory records.


  • Documentation Support: Assist clients with any required documentation, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.


Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Prior experience in real estate or a customer-focused role is a plus.


  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to tasks.


  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.


    

Experience: Fresh to 1 year
Salary Range: Depends on Experience
