1. Diploma in Engineering or Degree
2. Relevant years of experience in Steel Plant
3. Knowledge of pendant operated crane operation
4. Technical knowledge of predictive & preventive maintenance of Rolling mill
5. Knowledge & Skill of Trouble Shooting of Rolling Mill
6. Understanding of engineering drawings and Hydraulic circuits
