Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AV systems or IT support. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain audiovisual systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support daily IT operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot AV systems including soundboards, microphones, display panels, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Manage and maintain network configurations including Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance of AV and IT systems.
• Provide end-user technical support and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain system documentation, perform updates, and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and technical reliability across all IT/AV systems.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in AV systems or IT support.
• Proficiency in AV control systems and display technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills – both technical and non-technical – with the ability to build user trust.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Experience in client-facing technical support roles.
