Role details:

Role & responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable mobile and web to ensure security, performance, and integration with third-party SDKs.
- Manage multiple project deliveries, collaborating with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best coding practices and standards.
- Lead a team of 50+ developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, project estimation, and solution design.
- Ensure security best practices, including data protection, penetration testing, and code obfuscation.
- Drive strategic initiatives, best practices, and standardization across programs and projects.
Candidate requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in mobile development (Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, Xamarin) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, React.js).
- Good at designing the scalable architecture, should have given the solution for at least 3 mobile apps with 100,000 Downloads.
- Experience with low-code platforms (OutSystems, Mendix) and a solid understanding of AI, ML, IoT, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in app architecture, third-party integrations, security, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with project and release management, ensuring smooth SDLC execution.
- Strong leadership skills, managing large development teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
