You will play a crucial role in evolving our website's capabilities, working closely with development, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences for luxury property seekers. 

Role Overview 

As a Technical Product Manager, you will oversee the product lifecycle of Driven Properties' website built on Next.js, Sanity CMS, and backend APIs. You'll be responsible for defining technical requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring optimal performance while maintaining a strong focus on SEO to showcase our premium property portfolio effectively. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead product development initiatives for our luxury real estate platform 

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement features using our tech stack (Next.js, Sanity CMS, backend APIs) 

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with Driven Properties' business objectives 

• Analyze user feedback and metrics to inform product decisions for high-net-worth clientele 

• Work closely with SEO specialists to ensure website optimization for property listings 

• Manage integration with real estate marketing platforms and tools 

• Monitor website performance and implement improvements to showcase luxury properties 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases
