Job Description:
Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
Review the tender documents to be sent to agreed sub-contractors and suppliers.

All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics.
Liaise with other project functions including engineering to ensure all project components are resolved to meet Required On site dates.
Shall be responsible for preparing designs of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
Shall be responsible for preparing shop drawings of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
Coordinating with other discipline works and producing composite shop drawings.
Shall be responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating.
Systems for residential and commercial buildings.
Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
