Charterhouse is exclusively partnering with a well-established software company serving the Engineering and Construction industry. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. Due to the nature of the role, occasional travel will be required per month.
About the role
The Technical Account Manager will have strong knowledge of the industry and have worked for a similar software in order to accelerate business transformation within the industry. This candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing the existing customer base to ensure they maximise the implementation of their technology.
The Technical Account Manager will possess technical knowledge of the product and a thorough training programme will be carried out to ensure you understand all aspects of the software. This role will also involve onboarding new customers, sharing feedback, and proactively analyse the customers’ business to suggest additional features.
About you
The successful candidate should hold a degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or a related field and / or have a proven track record of at least 3-6 years in a similar role. The Technical Account Manager will have strong awareness of project management and have excellent communication skills on both technical and non-technical levels.
