About the Role
The Team Leader, Public area will report to the Assistant Manager, Public Area, and will supervise and assist in ensuring the daily cleaning and maintenance of all areas of allocated public areas are always clean and well-kept as per established guidelines. You will be responsible for making sure that all Housekeeping- Public Area procedures are kept updated and are adhered to, in accordance with health and safety policies for colleagues and guests. You will also be responsible for the overall guest satisfaction by providing them a warm and engaging service, making sure to meet guests and solicit feedback and ensuring that the team makes every effort to create memorable experiences for them.
About You
Do you have the qualities of a good leader? Are you ready to step up and lead the Public Area team within the Housekeeping department? Are you a versatile person who can cope with the challenging housekeeping department while maintaining high standards? Are you confident and comfortable communicating at all levels and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
If you have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management in a related field or either and a housekeeping experience, minimum 2 years in a similar position within the luxury property, as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
