• Lead a Direct sales unit of upto 12 direct sales staff.
• Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
• Hiring, training and providing coaching and assisting team members.
• Monitors and reviews monthly performance, ensure quality service and handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the channel.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable policies of our partner banks.
RequirementsExperience (Yrs.& Field): Minimum 2-3 years in leadership role in banking
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Skills & Abilities:
-Knowledge of banking products mandatory
-Good Team Management, Communication, Relationship and Leadership skills
-Strong analytical skills.
