Positions open for English/Arabic/French Guides
The Lead Guide will lead a prepared environment that fosters independence and curiosity while guiding children through authentic Montessori experiences. Ideal candidates should have Montessori certification (AMI/MACTE preferred), early childhood experience, and a deep understanding of child development.
The Assistant Guide will support the lead, help maintain an engaging classroom, and assist children in practical life and learning activities.
Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred, and a warm, patient, collaborative and eager-to-learn attitude is essential. We offer a supportive work environment, professional development opportunities, and competitive salaries.
