Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement personalized growth plans for employees across different departments, optimizing strategies to meet both individual and organizational objectives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Work closely with managers to define and track employee growth and performance metrics; analyze data and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
Employee Engagement and Development: Develop systems to track employee progress, identify skill gaps, and create targeted development programs to support career advancement.
Training and Mentoring Support: Collaborate with managers and mentors to identify training needs and create customized learning paths that align with each role’s responsibilities.
Market Analysis and Feedback Management: Analyze trends in employee development, feedback from surveys and performance reviews; report insights and recommendations to improve growth initiatives.

Things that you need to succeed in this job:
3 to 5 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or human resources
Experience with: Performance Management Systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Data Analysis & Reporting Tools
Proficient in English (Other languages are a big plus)
