The
company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team in Business
Bay.The Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and
onboarding of real estate agents, ensuring that the team grows with the
right talent to meet the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate will
have strong recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate or sales
industry, and a deep understanding of the Dubai job market.
Recruitment
& Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate agents and other key roles within the organization.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady supply of top talent.
- Work closely with the Sales Director and hiring managers to define job requirements and profiles for new hires.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on experience, sales skills, and cultural fit with the team.
Onboarding
& Integration:
- Oversee the smooth onboarding of new agents, ensuring they are set up with necessary tools, information, and support.
- Provide initial training on company systems, processes, and sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration into the company culture.
Employer
Branding & Market Research:
- Build and promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor strategies to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to build a strong presence in the Dubai real estate market.
Collaboration
& Reporting:
- Work closely with HR, marketing, and finance departments to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and procedures.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate communications in the company’s recruitment system.
Compliance
& Policies:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the preparation and review of employment contracts, ensuring adherence to UAE regulations.
Talent
Pipeline & Retention:
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for key positions within the brokerage, especially real estate agents.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to implement retention strategies, including training and career development opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end process of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment,
preferably within the real estate or sales industry.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Preferably Native English Speaker
- Proven experience in recruiting sales teams,
especially real estate agents or similar roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai job market and the
recruitment landscape.
- Strong ability to assess candidates' fit for high-performance sales
environments.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, and online job
portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment
deadlines.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
