As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in talent acquisition will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless hiring process and bringing in top-tier talent to drive our business forward.
A Typical Day:
Quickly ramp up urgent hiring needs.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct in-depth interviews using modern techniques and best practices.
Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer stage, including background checks and pre-employment assessments.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with the People Operations, Rewards and Learning and Development teams to create employment contracts and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
Track and manage the applicant tracking system (Lever) to ensure efficient candidate flow.
Your Expertise:
Proven Track Record: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
