We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our rapidly growing property management company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong ability to identify, engage, and hire candidates who align with the company’s goals and values.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various levels and departments.Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on talent availability and market trends.Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, ensuring a strong pool of qualified candidates is always available.Conduct interviews, both over the phone and in person, to evaluate applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts in collaboration with the HR and legal teams.Stay updated on industry best practices, hiring trends, and changes in employment laws and regulations.Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture and values through social media and networking events.Maintain accurate recruitment data and produce reports on hiring metrics and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Professional and presentable demeanor.
