Talent Acquisition Specialist! McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape our recruitment strategies for the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders to align hiring objectives with strategic vision, leveraging market intelligence and data to craft innovative recruitment strategies. Your efforts will play a vital role in achieving our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives while delivering a seamless and personalized candidate experience.
Candidates must be based in Dubai for consideration and be willing to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
As the
Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
Own the Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job postings to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers.
Enhance Candidate Experience: Create a high-touch, personalized journey for candidates, leveraging technology for efficiency while maintaining frequent engagement and transparency.
Champion DEI Initiatives: Integrate DEI strategies into hiring practices, ensuring diverse candidate slates and progress toward representation goals.
Leverage Technology and Data: Utilize ATS and other recruitment tools to drive efficiency, track performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Serve as a trusted talent advisor, working closely with hiring managers, HR, and enterprise teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate environment. Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic recruitment plans. Proven ability to incorporate DEI strategies and achieve diversity hiring targets.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of ATS, Boolean searches, and sourcing channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
