You will play a crucial role in managing candidate pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
Initial Screening: Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to reach a broad audience.
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Candidate Engagement: Provide regular updates to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Market Research: Assist in researching industry trends and competitive practices to support recruitment strategies and improve talent acquisition efforts.
Administrative Support: Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining recruitment metrics.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for onboarding.
