Department Overview:
The HR & Admin function is responsible for a wide range of activities, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The department works closely with other departments to ensure that Jetex has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Keeping up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Assess an applicant knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
  • Attend and arrange open days for external recruitment.
  • Submit related recruitment reports on timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced at several assessment and interviewing techniques

Specific / Technical Skills
  • Fluent and effective communicator
  • Has a keen ability to recognize top talent from interviews and resumes
  • Has effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
  • Has a strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
