Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the seamless recruitment process by managing interview arrangements, logistics, and providing essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. This position requires a highly organized individual with keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Arrangements and Logistics:
- Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews including scheduling, venue booking, and transportation arrangements
- Manage airline ticket bookings and hotel accommodations for candidates arriving from abroad as necessary
- Liaise with candidates to provide guidance on interview logistics, locations, and any other pertinent information
- Book suitable interview venues ensuring availability and suitability for the interviewing process.
- Ensure all necessary facilities and arrangements are in place, including refreshments, cleanliness, and any special requirements for the interview process
Hiring Manager & Candidate Support:
- Send reminders to hiring managers regarding upcoming interviews and provide necessary support.
- Ensure candidates arrive on time for interviews by providing clear instructions and assistance as needed.
Others Support Activities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with document processing and filing, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and up-to-date
- Assist in the onboarding process by providing administrative support to specialists and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Attend Talent Acquisition weekly meetings and take detailed minutes, documenting follow-up actions and decisions
