Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to stitch, assemble, and finish garments or textile products while ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate sewing machines to sew, stitch, and assemble fabric pieces according to specifications.
  • Follow patterns, measurements, and instructions to ensure precision and quality.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.



المهارات

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sewing operator in a garment/textile manufacturing setup.
  • Ability to operate various sewing machines (e.g., lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric types.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., uniform manufacturing, upholstery, fashion, etc.]
  • Familiarity with different stitching techniques and quality standards.
