System Analyst - ETL- Banking

We are currently looking for System Analyst forour UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions. 

Skills

• IT / Computer Science graduation from a reputed organization
• Software development and support experience between 1 – 3 years with hands-on technical

roles in reputed organizations. 

• Experience is requirement gathering and analysis , data analysis for users in IT projects ,liase
• with customers to understand the business requirements and with different stakeholders for
• project execution,work with vendor for deliverables ,tracking of customer issues and periodical management reporting .
• Candidate must have experience in ETL development, support and maintenance using SSIS,

Informatica etc.

• Candidate must have solid development & user support experience for solutions that use SQL
• Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostGreSQL etc.
• Should be able understand & write SQL queries & procedures as needed to support the
• business users and assigned projects.
• Preferred to have fair knowledge (Not a must) on Risk Management systems like  IFRS9
• Reporting systems, ALGO Corporate Credit Origination system, Early Warning system, Moodys
• Credit Lens, Market risk calculation systems like Focus ALM etc.
• Should be able to join in a month’s time.

Role Purpose:

• Support project activities and post go-live activities from IT/Technical side by reporting to the
• technical lead / project manager.
• Be part of the team for implementing & supporting Risk systems relating to regulatory and
• Digitisation initiatives of Group Risk Management business segments .
• Responisble to plan ,manage ,track ,execute and implement funcitonal and technical
• requirements in Risk domain
• Prepare the technical specification,functional specifications for assigned projects in discussion with vendors,Business Analyst or Business users for implmentation .
• Participates in the business Workshops or Business Meetings with respective Team Leaders for detailed analysis and design of the expected systems with vendors or internally
• Provide technical guidance,information and instruction to other IT staff requiring broader subject knowledge.
• Responsible for the development of related software modules, components, integration modules, bespoke development for the projects as required
• Recommend multiple technical option /solution with appropriate information for the team
• leader to choose a particular option
• Make technical recommendations on solution and systems to improve processses. Responsible for the technical design of the applications assigned.
• Trouble shooting and resolution of critical issues on applications within the cluster
• Ensure system(Hardware / Software) meet Architecture and Security standards
• Follow-up and track services,co-oridnate vendor support issues,respond to service tickets in
• a timely fashion
• Follow the mandatory and obligatory standards set by the management in delivering the services
• Completion of assigned tasks to satisfy the user's needs and within the agreed upon time parameters
• Oversee and track multiple workstreams of the project
• Application managmement and production stability after change movement
• Provide First line and Second Line Support to all the assigned applications
