Your Coaching Expedition:
 

• Develop and strategize coaching sessions tailored for youth swim development.
• Execute high-quality coaching sessions to enhance swimmers' skills and performance.
• Offer constructive feedback to swimmers to support their progress.
• Cultivate positive and respectful relationships with swimmers, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
• Apply IT skills to enrich coaching sessions and provide effective feedback.
• Enforce safety measures and injury prevention protocols.
• Engage in continuous coaching education for ongoing professional advancement.
• Embrace a full-time commitment, including weekends and flexible schedules as required.

Job Requirements:

• Previous coaching experience in a swimming academy or similar setting.
• Proficiency in IT skills relevant to coaching.
• Preferred additional coaching education in swimming.
• Preferred degree in a sports-related field.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Client swimming philosophy and Client Aquatics.
• Exemplify Client values, including respect, discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
