We’re looking for new team members to help support our internal processes here at Accenture, and we want to hear from professionals with a keen demeanour and curiosity about developing their career!

You’ll play a key part in driving accurate process, processes improvements and automatization, developing relationships with key partners and supporting our many employees globally!

• Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems reported by end-users (remotely and onsite)
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support personnel as needed.

• Assist in routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and optimal performance of servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
• Learn and apply best practices for system monitoring and performance optimization.
• Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure upgrades and expansions
• Aid end-users with technical inquiries

• Learn and follow established procedures for user assistance and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver user training on IT tools and procedures.

·Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·Basic understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies.

·Eagerness to learn and a strong interest in pursuing a career in IT area.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies.

·Fluent English
