Support Services Manager

To manage the daily operational support service function for the facility in an efficient manner to ensure overall patient experience goals of the company are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services and contractors.
2. Monitor and manage quality, governance and compliance processes related to support services.
3. Support and monitor the contracting process for all related support services.
4. Monitor and manage the quality and service standards of catering services for the business unit(s).
5. Manage and lead the support services team.
6. Provide daily operational oversight and management support for all support services in the business.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
A relevant associate degree or diploma in facility or hospitality management.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1. At least 5-8 years’ experience in facility/hospitality management in healthcare or similar facility type.
2. At least 5 years general management experience.
